    Vieweg 500912 – PTFE-lined dispensing tip, Ø 0.30 mm, G24, L25.4 mm, pink

    Inner diameter 0.30 mm, nominal capillary length 25.4 mm, G24. A PTFE liner runs through the metal capillary and projects beyond its end.

    Additional features and use

    Vieweg dispensing needle with a PTFE-lined cannula and Luer-Lock thread. The PTFE lining prevents material from sticking and curing inside the needle – ideal for cyanoacrylate (instant) adhesives.

    The 0.30 mm (Gauge 24) inner diameter is a versatile choice for precise dots and thin beads – flux, medium-thin adhesives and fine-pitch solder paste on smaller pads. The longer 25.4 mm (1") cannula reaches between taller components, into grooves and around edges.

    For a finer deposit choose G25 (0.25 mm, red) from the same range; for thicker media or higher flow choose G21 (0.50 mm, grey). The same bore is also available in 12.7 mm length. The Luer-Lock thread fits standard dispensing cartridges and syringes from 3 to 55 ml as well as dispensing valves with this connection.
