Additional features and use

All-metal Vieweg dispensing needle – nickel-plated brass hub, stainless steel 1.4301 cannula, Luer-Lock thread. With no plastic parts it withstands solvents and higher temperatures, suits anaerobic and UV adhesives, and can be cleaned and reused.

The large 1.30 mm (Gauge 15) inner diameter is designed for high-viscosity materials and larger volumes – sealants, potting compounds, greases or thermal pastes. The long 50 mm cannula is designed for deep holes, cavities and hard-to-reach spots in assemblies.

For a finer deposit choose G16 (1.20 mm) from the same range; for thicker media or higher flow choose G15 (1.40 mm). The same bore is also available in 100 mm length. The Luer-Lock thread fits standard dispensing cartridges and syringes from 3 to 55 ml as well as dispensing valves with this connection.
