Additional features and use
Straight Vieweg dispensing needle with Luer-Lock thread, polypropylene hub and precision stainless steel 1.4301 cannula – a reliable seal on syringe or cartridge and consistent flow.
The 0.15 mm (Gauge 30) inner diameter is made for micro-dispensing – tiny dots and fine lines of thin media such as oils, solvents and low-viscosity cyanoacrylate or UV adhesives. The longer 25.4 mm (1") cannula reaches between taller components, into grooves and around edges.
This is the finest size in the range; for higher flow choose G27 (0.20 mm, clear). The same bore is also available in 6.35 mm and 38.1 mm lengths. The Luer-Lock thread fits standard dispensing cartridges and syringes from 3 to 55 ml as well as dispensing valves with this connection.
