    QUICK NK3180 Hot Air Nozzle

    Frame nozzle 17 × 17 mm for BQFP (Bumpered QFP) packages with 17 × 17 mm body. BQFP packages have corner protection bumpers, therefore the NK3180 nozzle must have an inner frame slightly larger than the chip body itself. Typical package: processors and DSPs in BQFP-132 with 0.5 mm pitch.
