    ESD Foams & Dunnage

    ESD foams are an essential part of protecting fragile or complex-shaped components during transport and storage — they cushion mechanical impacts while providing antistatic protection. A component placed in ESD foam is protected on all sides both from impact and from electrostatic discharge.

    We offer conductive foams for inserts in transport boxes and bins (black, with low resistivity), dissipative foams for general component protection and combined foam inserts for standard transport boxes. Suitable for ICs, BGA packages, connectors, finished boards and optical components. Supplied as sheets for custom cutting or as finished inserts.
