ESD Antistatic Materials & Sheets

ESD materials are semi-finished products for making your own fixtures, bins, covers and functional parts directly in the EPA zone. Unlike standard plastics, they have permanent antistatic properties built into the material — they do not rely on a surface treatment that wears off over time.

When to reach for an ESD material instead of a finished product: You need a bin or fixture in a non-standard size not found in the catalogue. You produce the same parts repeatedly and in-house manufacturing is cheaper than buying ready-made boxes. You have CNC or workshop equipment and want fixtures precisely to specification. You are replacing a worn or damaged part of a production fixture and the original is no longer available. Or you are designing a new automated line and need guides, stops and trays made directly from ESD material.

We offer PE 1000 AST, POM C, polycarbonates, PMMA, PVC sheets and laminated boards — in standard and non-standard sizes, suitable for CNC and manual machining. Compliant with IEC 61340-5-1.
