ESD pallet covers and bags protect electronic components, modules and equipment during storage and transport of whole pallets. Side gussets make it easier to pull the cover over the load, and the ESD material protects the contents from electrostatic charge.

What ESD pallet covers are used for
When storing and shipping whole pallets of electronics, protecting individual packages is not enough. A large ESD cover or bag pulled over the loaded pallet limits the generation and build-up of electrostatic charge and also keeps the goods clean from dust and dirt.
What to look for when choosing
- Size – based on the pallet footprint and the height of the loaded goods, for example 1250 × 850 mm in heights of 900 and 1850 mm.
- Side gussets – give the cover volume, so it can be pulled easily over the whole load.
- Material – conductive (LDPE) or dissipative (PE) ESD material meeting the requirements of the EN 61340 series.
