Antistatic POM C — Rods & Sheets

Antistatic POM C (polyoxymethylene) is a precision engineering plastic for producing machine parts in ESD environments — gears, cams, bushings, guides and fixtures for automated pick-and-place and test lines. The low friction coefficient allows use without lubrication, high hardness guarantees dimensional stability under repeated cyclic loading.

Unlike metal parts, it does not conduct electric current galvanically — it eliminates the risk of short circuits or charge on direct contact with the PCB or sensitive components. Excellent machinability on CNC and conventional machines, minimal deformation after machining. Meets the requirements for ESD materials per IEC 61340-5-1.
