    Additional features and use

    Straight Vieweg dispensing needle with Luer-Lock thread, polypropylene hub and precision stainless steel 1.4301 cannula – a reliable seal on syringe or cartridge and consistent flow.

    A 0.20 mm (Gauge 27) bore is the right choice where a small, well-defined dot is needed: flux, conformal coatings, thin adhesives and placement of small SMD parts. The longer 25.4 mm (1") cannula reaches between taller components, into grooves and around edges.

    For a finer deposit choose G30 (0.15 mm, lavender) from the same range; for thicker media or higher flow choose G14 (1.6 mm, ivory). The same bore is also available in 6.35 mm and 38.1 mm lengths. The Luer-Lock thread fits standard dispensing cartridges and syringes from 3 to 55 ml as well as dispensing valves with this connection.
