    Additional features and use

    Straight Vieweg dispensing needle with Luer-Lock thread, polypropylene hub and precision stainless steel 1.4301 cannula – a reliable seal on syringe or cartridge and consistent flow.

    The large 1.60 mm (Gauge 14) inner diameter is designed for high-viscosity materials and larger volumes – sealants, potting compounds, greases or thermal pastes. The short 6.35 mm (1/4") cannula keeps the tip close to the hub, making it very stable with the lowest flow resistance – ideal for precise dot placement on a flat board.

    For an even finer deposit the same range offers G15 (1.37 mm, amber); this is the largest size in the range. The same bore is also available in 12.7 mm, 25.4 mm and 38.1 mm lengths. The Luer-Lock thread fits standard dispensing cartridges and syringes from 3 to 55 ml as well as dispensing valves with this connection.
