    Use and compatibility

    Additional features and use

    Flexible Vieweg polypropylene dispensing needle with Luer-Lock thread. The flexible cannula can be bent to the required angle, reaches awkward spots and will not scratch sensitive surfaces.

    A 0.25 mm (Gauge 25) bore is the right choice where a small, well-defined dot is needed: flux, conformal coatings, thin adhesives and placement of small SMD parts. The standard 12.7 mm (1/2") length is a good compromise between tip stability and a clear view of the dispensing point.

    This is the finest size in the range; for higher flow choose G22 (0.41 mm, blue). The same bore is also available in 38.1 mm length. The Luer-Lock thread fits standard dispensing cartridges and syringes from 3 to 55 ml as well as dispensing valves with this connection.
