    Additional features and use

    All-metal Vieweg dispensing needle – nickel-plated brass hub, stainless steel 1.4301 cannula, Luer-Lock thread. With no plastic parts it withstands solvents and higher temperatures, suits anaerobic and UV adhesives, and can be cleaned and reused.

    The 0.20 mm (Gauge 27) inner diameter is a fine size for small dots and narrow beads – typically flux, coatings, low-viscosity adhesives or small SMD components. The standard 13 mm length is a good compromise between tip stability and a clear view of the dispensing point.

    For a finer deposit choose G30 (0.15 mm) from the same range; for thicker media or higher flow choose G25 (0.25 mm). The Luer-Lock thread fits standard dispensing cartridges and syringes from 3 to 55 ml as well as dispensing valves with this connection.
