Additional features and use

All-metal Vieweg dispensing needle – nickel-plated brass hub, stainless steel 1.4301 cannula, Luer-Lock thread. With no plastic parts it withstands solvents and higher temperatures, suits anaerobic and UV adhesives, and can be cleaned and reused.

A 0.28 mm (Gauge 24) bore is the right choice where a small, well-defined dot is needed: flux, conformal coatings, thin adhesives and placement of small SMD parts. The standard 13 mm length is a good compromise between tip stability and a clear view of the dispensing point.

For a finer deposit choose G25 (0.25 mm) from the same range; for thicker media or higher flow choose G23 (0.30 mm). The Luer-Lock thread fits standard dispensing cartridges and syringes from 3 to 55 ml as well as dispensing valves with this connection.
