Inner diameter 0.35 mm, nominal capillary length 25 mm, G23. The all-metal design combines a metal hub and a dispensing capillary.
Additional features and use
All-metal Vieweg dispensing needle – nickel-plated brass hub, stainless steel 1.4301 cannula, Luer-Lock thread. With no plastic parts it withstands solvents and higher temperatures, suits anaerobic and UV adhesives, and can be cleaned and reused.
The 0.35 mm (Gauge 23) inner diameter is a versatile choice for precise dots and thin beads – flux, medium-thin adhesives and fine-pitch solder paste on smaller pads. The longer 25 mm cannula reaches between taller components, into grooves and around edges.
The Luer-Lock thread fits standard dispensing cartridges and syringes from 3 to 55 ml as well as dispensing valves with this connection.
