Additional features and use

All-metal Vieweg dispensing needle – nickel-plated brass hub, stainless steel 1.4301 cannula, Luer-Lock thread. With no plastic parts it withstands solvents and higher temperatures, suits anaerobic and UV adhesives, and can be cleaned and reused.

The 0.50 mm (Gauge 21) inner diameter is one of the most widely used sizes – suitable for solder paste, SMT and epoxy adhesives and medium-viscosity silicones. The long 50 mm cannula is designed for deep holes, cavities and hard-to-reach spots in assemblies.

For a finer deposit choose G22 (0.40 mm) from the same range; for thicker media or higher flow choose G19 (0.60 mm). The same bore is also available in 13 mm length. The Luer-Lock thread fits standard dispensing cartridges and syringes from 3 to 55 ml as well as dispensing valves with this connection.
