Vieweg All-Metal Dispensing Needle, 0.60 mm, G20, L100 mm

All-metal Vieweg dispensing needle – nickel-plated brass hub, stainless steel 1.4301 cannula, Luer-Lock thread. With no plastic parts it withstands solvents and higher temperatures, suits anaerobic and UV adhesives, and can be cleaned and reused.

The 0.60 mm (Gauge 20) inner diameter is one of the most widely used sizes – suitable for solder paste, SMT and epoxy adhesives and medium-viscosity silicones. The extra-long 100 mm cannula lets you dispense deep into cavities, tubes and housings; the required pressure increases with length.

For a finer deposit choose G22 (0.40 mm) from the same range; for thicker media or higher flow choose G18 (0.80 mm). The same bore is also available in 7 mm, 13 mm and 50 mm lengths. The Luer-Lock thread fits standard dispensing cartridges and syringes from 3 to 55 ml as well as dispensing valves with this connection.
