Additional features and use

All-metal Vieweg dispensing needle – nickel-plated brass hub, stainless steel 1.4301 cannula, Luer-Lock thread. With no plastic parts it withstands solvents and higher temperatures, suits anaerobic and UV adhesives, and can be cleaned and reused.

With a 0.90 mm (Gauge 18) bore, even thick pastes, sealants and silicones can be dispensed quickly without excessive cartridge pressure. The extra-long 100 mm cannula lets you dispense deep into cavities, tubes and housings; the required pressure increases with length.

For a finer deposit choose G18 (0.80 mm) from the same range; for thicker media or higher flow choose G17 (1.0 mm). The Luer-Lock thread fits standard dispensing cartridges and syringes from 3 to 55 ml as well as dispensing valves with this connection.
