Vieweg All-Metal Dispensing Needle, 1.20 mm, G16, L50 mm

All-metal Vieweg dispensing needle – nickel-plated brass hub, stainless steel 1.4301 cannula, Luer-Lock thread. With no plastic parts it withstands solvents and higher temperatures, suits anaerobic and UV adhesives, and can be cleaned and reused.

A 1.20 mm (Gauge 16) bore suits thick and filled materials – sealing compounds, greases, thermal pastes and potting compounds – as well as larger shots. The long 50 mm cannula is designed for deep holes, cavities and hard-to-reach spots in assemblies.

For a finer deposit choose G17 (1.1 mm) from the same range; for thicker media or higher flow choose G15 (1.30 mm). The same bore is also available in 13 mm length. The Luer-Lock thread fits standard dispensing cartridges and syringes from 3 to 55 ml as well as dispensing valves with this connection.
