    Vieweg 500176 – all-metal dispensing tip, Ø 1.90 mm, L10 mm

    Inner diameter 1.90 mm, nominal capillary length 10 mm. The all-metal design combines a metal hub and a dispensing capillary.

    Additional features and use

    All-metal Vieweg dispensing needle – nickel-plated brass hub, stainless steel 1.4301 cannula, Luer-Lock thread. With no plastic parts it withstands solvents and higher temperatures, suits anaerobic and UV adhesives, and can be cleaned and reused.

    The very large 1.90 mm inner diameter is intended for thick pastes and large volumes where high flow is essential. The standard 10 mm length is a good compromise between tip stability and a clear view of the dispensing point.

    For a finer deposit choose G14 (1.6 mm) from the same range; for thicker media or higher flow choose G10 (2.5 mm). The same bore is also available in 50 mm and 100 mm lengths. The Luer-Lock thread fits standard dispensing cartridges and syringes from 3 to 55 ml as well as dispensing valves with this connection.
