Vieweg All-Metal Dispensing Needle, 2.4 mm, L50 mm

All-metal Vieweg dispensing needle – nickel-plated brass hub, stainless steel 1.4301 cannula, Luer-Lock thread. With no plastic parts it withstands solvents and higher temperatures, suits anaerobic and UV adhesives, and can be cleaned and reused.

The very large 2.4 mm (Gauge 11) inner diameter is intended for thick pastes and large volumes where high flow is essential. The long 50 mm cannula is designed for deep holes, cavities and hard-to-reach spots in assemblies.

For a finer deposit choose G13 (2.0 mm) from the same range; for thicker media or higher flow choose G10 (2.5 mm). The same bore is also available in 13 mm, 20 mm and 100 mm lengths. The Luer-Lock thread fits standard dispensing cartridges and syringes from 3 to 55 ml as well as dispensing valves with this connection.
