Vieweg 500231 – all-metal dispensing tip, Ø 2.4 mm, G12, L20 mm
Inner diameter 2.4 mm, nominal capillary length 20 mm, G12. The all-metal design combines a metal hub and a dispensing capillary.
Additional features and use
All-metal Vieweg dispensing needle – nickel-plated brass hub, stainless steel 1.4301 cannula, Luer-Lock thread. With no plastic parts it withstands solvents and higher temperatures, suits anaerobic and UV adhesives, and can be cleaned and reused.
The very large 2.4 mm (Gauge 12) inner diameter is intended for thick pastes and large volumes where high flow is essential. The longer 20 mm cannula reaches between taller components, into grooves and around edges.
The same bore is also available in 13 mm, 50 mm and 100 mm lengths. The Luer-Lock thread fits standard dispensing cartridges and syringes from 3 to 55 ml as well as dispensing valves with this connection.
