Additional features and use

All-metal Vieweg dispensing needle – nickel-plated brass hub, stainless steel 1.4301 cannula, Luer-Lock thread. With no plastic parts it withstands solvents and higher temperatures, suits anaerobic and UV adhesives, and can be cleaned and reused.

The very large 2.4 mm inner diameter is intended for thick pastes and large volumes where high flow is essential. The standard 13 mm length is a good compromise between tip stability and a clear view of the dispensing point.

For an even finer deposit the same range offers G13 (2.0 mm); this is the largest size in the range. The same bore is also available in 20 mm, 50 mm and 100 mm lengths. The Luer-Lock thread fits standard dispensing cartridges and syringes from 3 to 55 ml as well as dispensing valves with this connection.
