Additional features and use
All-metal Vieweg dispensing needle – nickel-plated brass hub, stainless steel 1.4301 cannula, Luer-Lock thread. With no plastic parts it withstands solvents and higher temperatures, suits anaerobic and UV adhesives, and can be cleaned and reused.
A 2.5 mm (Gauge 10) bore lets you dispense very thick pastes and large quantities of material with minimal resistance. The standard 10 mm length is a good compromise between tip stability and a clear view of the dispensing point.
For an even finer deposit the same range offers 1.90 mm; this is the largest size in the range. The same bore is also available in 50 mm and 100 mm lengths. The Luer-Lock thread fits standard dispensing cartridges and syringes from 3 to 55 ml as well as dispensing valves with this connection.
