Additional features and use
All-metal Vieweg dispensing needle – nickel-plated brass hub, stainless steel 1.4301 cannula, Luer-Lock thread. With no plastic parts it withstands solvents and higher temperatures, suits anaerobic and UV adhesives, and can be cleaned and reused.
A 2.5 mm (Gauge 10) bore lets you dispense very thick pastes and large quantities of material with minimal resistance. The extra-long 100 mm cannula lets you dispense deep into cavities, tubes and housings; the required pressure increases with length.
For a finer deposit choose G11 (2.4 mm) from the same range; for thicker media or higher flow choose 3.0 mm. The same bore is also available in 10 mm and 50 mm lengths. The Luer-Lock thread fits standard dispensing cartridges and syringes from 3 to 55 ml as well as dispensing valves with this connection.
