Inner diameter 0.20 mm, nominal capillary length 20 mm, G27. The all-metal design combines a metal hub and a dispensing capillary. This version has 2 parallel capillaries.

Additional features and use

All-metal Vieweg dispensing needle with 2 stainless steel 1.4301 cannulas in a nickel-plated brass hub, Luer-Lock thread. The multiple cannulas apply 2 parallel dots or beads at once, speeding up dispensing on repeated positions. With no plastic parts it withstands solvents and temperature and is reusable.

A 0.20 mm (Gauge 27) bore is the right choice where a small, well-defined dot is needed: flux, conformal coatings, thin adhesives and placement of small SMD parts. The longer 20 mm cannula reaches between taller components, into grooves and around edges.

This is the finest size in the range; for higher flow choose G25 (0.25 mm). The same bore is also available with 3 and 4 cannulas. The Luer-Lock thread fits standard dispensing cartridges and syringes from 3 to 55 ml as well as dispensing valves with this connection.
