Vieweg All-Metal Dispensing Needle, 2 cannulas, 0.50 mm, G21, L20 mm

All-metal Vieweg dispensing needle with 2 stainless steel 1.4301 cannulas in a nickel-plated brass hub, Luer-Lock thread. The multiple cannulas apply 2 parallel dots or beads at once, speeding up dispensing on repeated positions. With no plastic parts it withstands solvents and temperature and is reusable.

The 0.50 mm (Gauge 21) inner diameter is one of the most widely used sizes – suitable for solder paste, SMT and epoxy adhesives and medium-viscosity silicones. The longer 20 mm cannula reaches between taller components, into grooves and around edges.

For a finer deposit choose G22 (0.40 mm) from the same range; for thicker media or higher flow choose G18 (0.80 mm). The same bore is also available with 3 cannulas. The Luer-Lock thread fits standard dispensing cartridges and syringes from 3 to 55 ml as well as dispensing valves with this connection.
