Inner diameter 0.80 mm, nominal capillary length 20 mm, G18. The all-metal design combines a metal hub and a dispensing capillary. This version has 2 parallel capillaries.

Additional features and use

All-metal Vieweg dispensing needle with 2 stainless steel 1.4301 cannulas in a nickel-plated brass hub, Luer-Lock thread. The multiple cannulas apply 2 parallel dots or beads at once, speeding up dispensing on repeated positions. With no plastic parts it withstands solvents and temperature and is reusable.

With a 0.80 mm (Gauge 18) bore, even thick pastes, sealants and silicones can be dispensed quickly without excessive cartridge pressure. The longer 20 mm cannula reaches between taller components, into grooves and around edges.

For a finer deposit choose G21 (0.50 mm) from the same range; for thicker media or higher flow choose G17 (1.0 mm). The same bore is also available with 3 and 4 cannulas. The Luer-Lock thread fits standard dispensing cartridges and syringes from 3 to 55 ml as well as dispensing valves with this connection.
