Vieweg All-Metal Dispensing Needle, 3.0 mm, G9, L100 mm
All-metal Vieweg dispensing needle – nickel-plated brass hub, stainless steel 1.4301 cannula, Luer-Lock thread. With no plastic parts it withstands solvents and higher temperatures, suits anaerobic and UV adhesives, and can be cleaned and reused.
The very large 3.0 mm inner diameter is intended for thick pastes and large volumes where high flow is essential. The extra-long 100 mm cannula lets you dispense deep into cavities, tubes and housings; the required pressure increases with length.
For an even finer deposit the same range offers G10 (2.5 mm); this is the largest size in the range. The same bore is also available in 50 mm length. The Luer-Lock thread fits standard dispensing cartridges and syringes from 3 to 55 ml as well as dispensing valves with this connection.
