Vieweg 500298 – all-metal dispensing tip, Ø 4.0 mm, G7, L50 mm
Inner diameter 4.0 mm, nominal capillary length 50 mm, G7. The all-metal design combines a metal hub and a dispensing capillary.
Additional features and use
All-metal Vieweg dispensing needle – nickel-plated brass hub, stainless steel 1.4301 cannula, Luer-Lock thread. With no plastic parts it withstands solvents and higher temperatures, suits anaerobic and UV adhesives, and can be cleaned and reused.
A 4.0 mm bore lets you dispense very thick pastes and large quantities of material with minimal resistance. The long 50 mm cannula is designed for deep holes, cavities and hard-to-reach spots in assemblies.
For an even finer deposit the same range offers 3.5 mm; this is the largest size in the range. The Luer-Lock thread fits standard dispensing cartridges and syringes from 3 to 55 ml as well as dispensing valves with this connection.
