Vieweg All-Metal Dispensing Needle, 4 cannulas, 0.25 mm, G26, L20 mm

All-metal Vieweg dispensing needle with 4 stainless steel 1.4301 cannulas in a nickel-plated brass hub, Luer-Lock thread. The multiple cannulas apply 4 parallel dots or beads at once, speeding up dispensing on repeated positions. With no plastic parts it withstands solvents and temperature and is reusable.

A 0.25 mm (Gauge 26) bore is the right choice where a small, well-defined dot is needed: flux, conformal coatings, thin adhesives and placement of small SMD parts. The longer 20 mm cannula reaches between taller components, into grooves and around edges.

For a finer deposit choose G27 (0.20 mm) from the same range; for thicker media or higher flow choose G24 (0.28 mm). The same bore is also available with 2 and 3 cannulas. The Luer-Lock thread fits standard dispensing cartridges and syringes from 3 to 55 ml as well as dispensing valves with this connection.
