    Additional features and use

    Vieweg dispensing needle with a stainless steel cannula bent at 90°, Luer-Lock thread and polypropylene hub. The bend makes hard-to-reach spots easier to access and improves the view of the dispensing point.

    The 0.20 mm (Gauge 27) inner diameter is a fine size for small dots and narrow beads – typically flux, coatings, low-viscosity adhesives or small SMD components. The standard 12.7 mm (1/2") length is a good compromise between tip stability and a clear view of the dispensing point.

    For a finer deposit choose G30 (0.15 mm, lavender) from the same range; for thicker media or higher flow choose G25 (0.25 mm, red). The Luer-Lock thread fits standard dispensing cartridges and syringes from 3 to 55 ml as well as dispensing valves with this connection.
