Additional features and use

Vieweg dispensing needle with a stainless steel cannula bent at 90°, Luer-Lock thread and polypropylene hub. The bend makes hard-to-reach spots easier to access and improves the view of the dispensing point.

A 0.41 mm (Gauge 22) bore offers a good balance of precision and flow: it handles flux, medium-viscosity adhesives and fine-grain solder paste. The standard 12.7 mm (1/2") length is a good compromise between tip stability and a clear view of the dispensing point.

For a finer deposit choose G23 (0.33 mm, orange) from the same range; for thicker media or higher flow choose G21 (0.51 mm, purple). The Luer-Lock thread fits standard dispensing cartridges and syringes from 3 to 55 ml as well as dispensing valves with this connection.
