Inner diameter 0.84 mm, nominal capillary length 12.7 mm, G18, bend 90°. The bent capillary allows material to approach the application point at an angle.

Additional features and use

Vieweg dispensing needle with a stainless steel cannula bent at 90°, Luer-Lock thread and polypropylene hub. The bend makes hard-to-reach spots easier to access and improves the view of the dispensing point.

The larger 0.84 mm (Gauge 18) inner diameter handles thicker media – solder and thermal pastes, sealants and silicones – with higher flow at lower pressure. The standard 12.7 mm (1/2") length is a good compromise between tip stability and a clear view of the dispensing point.

For a finer deposit choose G20 (0.58 mm, pink) from the same range; for thicker media or higher flow choose G16 (1.19 mm, grey). The Luer-Lock thread fits standard dispensing cartridges and syringes from 3 to 55 ml as well as dispensing valves with this connection.
