Straight Vieweg dispensing needle with Luer-Lock thread, polypropylene hub and precision stainless steel 1.4301 cannula – a reliable seal on syringe or cartridge and consistent flow.
The 0.11 mm (Gauge 32) inner diameter is made for micro-dispensing – tiny dots and fine lines of thin media such as oils, solvents and low-viscosity cyanoacrylate or UV adhesives. The short 6.35 mm (1/4") cannula keeps the tip close to the hub, making it very stable with the lowest flow resistance – ideal for precise dot placement on a flat board.
This is the finest size in the range; for higher flow choose G30 (0.15 mm, lavender). The Luer-Lock thread fits standard dispensing cartridges and syringes from 3 to 55 ml as well as dispensing valves with this connection.
