    Additional features and use

    Straight Vieweg dispensing needle with Luer-Lock thread, polypropylene hub and precision stainless steel 1.4301 cannula – a reliable seal on syringe or cartridge and consistent flow.

    With an inner diameter of 0.15 mm (Gauge 30) this is one of the finest sizes available, producing micro-dots of thin media such as oils, solvents or low-viscosity UV adhesives. The short 6.35 mm (1/4") cannula keeps the tip close to the hub, making it very stable with the lowest flow resistance – ideal for precise dot placement on a flat board.

    For a finer deposit choose G32 (0.11 mm, yellow) from the same range; for thicker media or higher flow choose G27 (0.20 mm, clear). The same bore is also available in 25.4 mm and 38.1 mm lengths. The Luer-Lock thread fits standard dispensing cartridges and syringes from 3 to 55 ml as well as dispensing valves with this connection.
