    Additional features and use

    Straight Vieweg dispensing needle with Luer-Lock thread, polypropylene hub and precision stainless steel 1.4301 cannula – a reliable seal on syringe or cartridge and consistent flow.

    A 0.58 mm (Gauge 20) bore is a proven workhorse size for solder pastes, epoxies, SMT adhesives and silicones, producing a continuous bead without breaks. The short 6.35 mm (1/4") cannula keeps the tip close to the hub, making it very stable with the lowest flow resistance – ideal for precise dot placement on a flat board.

    For a finer deposit choose G21 (0.51 mm, purple) from the same range; for thicker media or higher flow choose G18 (0.84 mm, green). The Luer-Lock thread fits standard dispensing cartridges and syringes from 3 to 55 ml as well as dispensing valves with this connection.
