    Additional features and use

    Straight Vieweg dispensing needle with Luer-Lock thread, polypropylene hub and precision stainless steel 1.4301 cannula – a reliable seal on syringe or cartridge and consistent flow.

    With a 0.84 mm (Gauge 18) bore, even thick pastes, sealants and silicones can be dispensed quickly without excessive cartridge pressure. The short 6.35 mm (1/4") cannula keeps the tip close to the hub, making it very stable with the lowest flow resistance – ideal for precise dot placement on a flat board.

    For a finer deposit choose G20 (0.58 mm, pink) from the same range; for thicker media or higher flow choose G16 (1.19 mm, grey). The same bore is also available in 76.2 mm length. The Luer-Lock thread fits standard dispensing cartridges and syringes from 3 to 55 ml as well as dispensing valves with this connection.
