    Additional features and use

    Straight Vieweg dispensing needle with Luer-Lock thread, polypropylene hub and precision stainless steel 1.4301 cannula – a reliable seal on syringe or cartridge and consistent flow.

    The larger 1.04 mm (Gauge 17) inner diameter handles thicker media – solder and thermal pastes, sealants and silicones – with higher flow at lower pressure. The standard 12.7 mm (1/2") length is a good compromise between tip stability and a clear view of the dispensing point.

    This is the finest size in the range; for higher flow choose G14 (1.6 mm, ivory). The Luer-Lock thread fits standard dispensing cartridges and syringes from 3 to 55 ml as well as dispensing valves with this connection.
