Straight Vieweg dispensing needle with Luer-Lock thread, polypropylene hub and precision stainless steel 1.4301 cannula – a reliable seal on syringe or cartridge and consistent flow.
The large 1.6 mm (Gauge 14) inner diameter is designed for high-viscosity materials and larger volumes – sealants, potting compounds, greases or thermal pastes. The longer 25.4 mm (1") cannula reaches between taller components, into grooves and around edges.
For an even finer deposit the same range offers G27 (0.20 mm, clear); this is the largest size in the range. The same bore is also available in 6.35 mm, 12.7 mm and 38.1 mm lengths. The Luer-Lock thread fits standard dispensing cartridges and syringes from 3 to 55 ml as well as dispensing valves with this connection.
