Additional features and use
Straight Vieweg dispensing needle with Luer-Lock thread, polypropylene hub and precision stainless steel 1.4301 cannula – a reliable seal on syringe or cartridge and consistent flow.
A 1.6 mm (Gauge 14) bore suits thick and filled materials – sealing compounds, greases, thermal pastes and potting compounds – as well as larger shots. The long 38.1 mm (1 1/2") cannula is designed for deep holes, cavities and hard-to-reach spots in assemblies.
For a finer deposit choose G27 (0.20 mm, clear) from the same range; for thicker media or higher flow choose G13 (2.0 mm, light blue). The same bore is also available in 6.35 mm, 12.7 mm and 25.4 mm lengths. The Luer-Lock thread fits standard dispensing cartridges and syringes from 3 to 55 ml as well as dispensing valves with this connection.
