Additional features and use

Vieweg dispensing needle with an oval, flattened stainless steel 1.4301 cannula and Luer-Lock thread. The flattened outlet lays down a wider, flatter bead than a round cannula of the same bore.

The larger 0.84 mm (Gauge 18) inner diameter handles thicker media – solder and thermal pastes, sealants and silicones – with higher flow at lower pressure. The standard 12.7 mm (1/2") length is a good compromise between tip stability and a clear view of the dispensing point.

This is the finest size in the range; for higher flow choose G15 (1.37 mm, amber). The Luer-Lock thread fits standard dispensing cartridges and syringes from 3 to 55 ml as well as dispensing valves with this connection.
