Additional features and use
Vieweg dispensing needle with an aluminium hub and stainless steel cannula, Luer-Lock thread. The metal hub resists solvents and aggressive media, and the needle can be reused after cleaning.
A 0.25 mm (Gauge 25) bore is the right choice where a small, well-defined dot is needed: flux, conformal coatings, thin adhesives and placement of small SMD parts. The longer 25.4 mm (1") cannula reaches between taller components, into grooves and around edges.
This is the finest size in the range; for higher flow choose G22 (0.41 mm). The Luer-Lock thread fits standard dispensing cartridges and syringes from 3 to 55 ml as well as dispensing valves with this connection.
