Vieweg dispensing needle with an aluminium hub and stainless steel cannula, Luer-Lock thread. The metal hub resists solvents and aggressive media, and the needle can be reused after cleaning.
The 0.41 mm (Gauge 22) inner diameter is a versatile choice for precise dots and thin beads – flux, medium-thin adhesives and fine-pitch solder paste on smaller pads. The longer 25.4 mm (1") cannula reaches between taller components, into grooves and around edges.
For a finer deposit choose G25 (0.25 mm) from the same range; for thicker media or higher flow choose G15 (1.37 mm). The Luer-Lock thread fits standard dispensing cartridges and syringes from 3 to 55 ml as well as dispensing valves with this connection.
