Additional features and use
Vieweg dispensing needle with an aluminium hub and stainless steel cannula, Luer-Lock thread. The metal hub resists solvents and aggressive media, and the needle can be reused after cleaning.
A 1.6 mm (Gauge 14) bore suits thick and filled materials – sealing compounds, greases, thermal pastes and potting compounds – as well as larger shots. The longer 25.4 mm (1") cannula reaches between taller components, into grooves and around edges.
For an even finer deposit the same range offers G15 (1.37 mm); this is the largest size in the range. The same bore is also available in 12.7 mm and 50.8 mm lengths. The Luer-Lock thread fits standard dispensing cartridges and syringes from 3 to 55 ml as well as dispensing valves with this connection.
