    Vieweg 504137 – tapered aluminium tip, Ø 0.60 mm

    Inner diameter 0.60 mm. This aluminium tip has a tapered shape ending in a dispensing outlet.

    Additional features and use

    Tapered aluminium Vieweg dispensing needle with Luer-Lock thread. The metal conical design combines low flow resistance with solvent resistance; the needle can be cleaned and reused.

    A 0.60 mm bore is a proven workhorse size for solder pastes, epoxies, SMT adhesives and silicones, producing a continuous bead without breaks.

    For a finer deposit choose 0.50 mm from the same range; for thicker media or higher flow choose 0.80 mm. The Luer-Lock thread fits standard dispensing cartridges and syringes from 3 to 55 ml as well as dispensing valves with this connection.
