    Vieweg 504139 – tapered aluminium tip, Ø 1.0 mm

    Inner diameter 1.0 mm. This aluminium tip has a tapered shape ending in a dispensing outlet.

    Additional features and use

    Tapered aluminium Vieweg dispensing needle with Luer-Lock thread. The metal conical design combines low flow resistance with solvent resistance; the needle can be cleaned and reused.

    With a 1.0 mm bore, even thick pastes, sealants and silicones can be dispensed quickly without excessive cartridge pressure.

    For a finer deposit choose 0.80 mm from the same range; for thicker media or higher flow choose 1.40 mm. The Luer-Lock thread fits standard dispensing cartridges and syringes from 3 to 55 ml as well as dispensing valves with this connection.
