    Vieweg 504140 – tapered aluminium tip, Ø 1.40 mm

    Inner diameter 1.40 mm. This aluminium tip has a tapered shape ending in a dispensing outlet.

    Additional features and use

    Tapered aluminium Vieweg dispensing needle with Luer-Lock thread. The metal conical design combines low flow resistance with solvent resistance; the needle can be cleaned and reused.

    A 1.40 mm bore suits thick and filled materials – sealing compounds, greases, thermal pastes and potting compounds – as well as larger shots.

    For an even finer deposit the same range offers 1.0 mm; this is the largest size in the range. The Luer-Lock thread fits standard dispensing cartridges and syringes from 3 to 55 ml as well as dispensing valves with this connection.
