    Additional features and use

    Tapered Vieweg dispensing needle in black UV-block design: the opaque polypropylene shields the medium in the tip from ambient light so UV- and light-curing adhesives do not cure inside the needle. Luer-Lock thread, low flow resistance.

    The 0.25 mm (Gauge 25) inner diameter is a fine size for small dots and narrow beads – typically flux, coatings, low-viscosity adhesives or small SMD components.

    This is the finest size in the range; for higher flow choose G20 (0.58 mm, black). The Luer-Lock thread fits standard dispensing cartridges and syringes from 3 to 55 ml as well as dispensing valves with this connection.
