Inner diameter 0.34 mm, G27. The Micron-S tip has a short tapered end for targeted material application.
Additional features and use
Vieweg Micron-S precision dispensing needle with Luer-Lock thread and a thin-walled tapered cannula with a very smooth inner surface (nickel silver, uncoated). The design improves material flow, reduces the required pressure and enables repeatable dispensing of very small dots and fine beads. Nickel silver is corrosion-resistant and also suits more aggressive media.
The 0.34 mm (Gauge 27) inner diameter is a versatile choice for precise dots and thin beads – flux, medium-thin adhesives and fine-pitch solder paste on smaller pads.
For a finer deposit choose G30 (0.23 mm, black) from the same range; for thicker media or higher flow choose G25 (0.44 mm, white). The Luer-Lock thread fits standard dispensing cartridges and syringes from 3 to 55 ml as well as dispensing valves with this connection.
