Inner diameter 0.61 mm, G21. The Micron-S tip has a short tapered end for targeted material application.
Additional features and use
Vieweg Micron-S precision dispensing needle with Luer-Lock thread and a thin-walled tapered cannula with a very smooth inner surface (phosphor bronze, uncoated). The design improves material flow, reduces the required pressure and enables repeatable dispensing of very small dots and fine beads. Uncoated phosphor bronze is the all-round version for common media.
A 0.61 mm (Gauge 21) bore is a proven workhorse size for solder pastes, epoxies, SMT adhesives and silicones, producing a continuous bead without breaks.
This is the finest size in the range; for higher flow choose G20 (0.69 mm, lime green). The Luer-Lock thread fits standard dispensing cartridges and syringes from 3 to 55 ml as well as dispensing valves with this connection.
